Most injury cycles persist because the underlying capacity issue never gets addressed. You get treated, you feel better, you go back to training, and eventually the same thing comes back. Strength work, loaded progressively and built around your specific demands, is what breaks that cycle.

We use force plate assessment to measure limb symmetry and load capacity objectively, so we know when you're actually ready to progress, not just when it feels okay.

We program strength and rehabilitation for:

  • Runners building calf, glute, and quad capacity

  • Return-to-sport athletes restoring sport

  • specific load tolerance

  • Clients post-surgical rebuilding functional strength

  • Anyone stuck in a recurring injury cycle with no clear exit

Programming is delivered through TeamBuildr, an app on your phone. Updated as you progress and reviewed at each session. Individual results vary. All programming is developed following clinical assessment and tailored to your presentation and goals.
