Injuries don't get resolved in a 30-minute appointment once a week. They get resolved in the hours between sessions, when you're deciding whether to push through a niggle, second-guessing your training load, or not sure if today's run is a good idea.

Most clinic models leave that gap wide open. You see a practitioner, you get some exercises on a sheet of paper, and then you're on your own until next week. The MVMT Performance Model closes that gap.

Your clinical sessions, your strength programming, and your between-session support all connect into a single coordinated plan. Your programming lives in an app on your phone. When something comes up between sessions, you're not waiting a week to ask.

Adapted to your goal, not a template

Whether you're working toward a return to running, a race, a sport-specific milestone, or simply getting out of a recurring injury cycle, the structure is the same but the content is built entirely around your goal and your clinical presentation. There is no off-the-shelf version of this program.

Front-loaded clinical sessions

Sessions are concentrated where you need them most — early in the program when the clinical work is heaviest. As you build capacity and confidence, the frequency tapers. You're not paying for 12 identical appointments

Your full rehabilitation and performance programming lives in TeamBuildr — an app on your phone. Updated as you progress. This is your actual program, not a printout of three exercises

Full access to The Movement Box for your training and recovery throughout the 12 weeks. The space, the equipment, the environment — all available, not just during appointments.

Weekly check-ins happen in the app, not only at your sessions. We track how your training is landing, adjust when needed, and keep you honest with your load without needing an appointment to do it

BEFORE WEEK 1

Comprehensive initial assessment

A full clinical assessment covering your injury and movement history, your goal, your training background, and any relevant imaging or prior treatment. This is what everything else is built from. You leave knowing what's going on, why, and what the plan is.

WEEKS 1 TO 4

Foundation — heavy clinical phase

Sessions are front-loaded here. This is when the clinical work is most intensive — manual therapy, initial strength loading, movement correction, and establishing your base programming on TeamBuildr. Weekly check-ins start from day one.

2 x 30 min sessions per week

WEEKS 5 TO 8

Build — loading and progression

As your capacity increases, session frequency reduces and training load increases. This phase is where the strength work takes over from the clinical work. Movement screening midpoint. Programming updated based on how your body is responding.

1 x 45 min session per week

WEEKS 9 TO 12

Peak — goal-specific preparation

The final phase is built around your specific goal. Race prep, return-to-sport testing, sport-specific loading, or independent training with support in the background. Sessions become fortnightly — you should need us less by now. That's the point.
